Everything in the restaurant is flown in from Japan 6 days a week (would be seven but we are closed on Mondays!) The executive chef behind whose curated the Chef Tasting Menu is none other than Two Michelin Star chef Jeffry Undiarto. The same chef behind n/naka in Los Angeles. Of the four shared starters you can choose from you have Salmon Burrata, White Truffle Scallop Carpaccio, Yellowtail Ceviche or Truffle Sashimi. You'll then dive into Cucumber Chili Crunch Salad, Bluefin Tuna Tataki seared with chefs torch & sashimi of th day.
